Defender Note Delivery
UK delivery is made using Royal Mail second class. We dispatch orders of stock items on the same day if the order is received before 12 noon (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature.

Do you deliver to my work address?
We can deliver your Defender Note order to your place of employment but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.

Has my order been dispatched?
As soon as your Defender Note is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way.

I have received an incorrect item on my order?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our admin team: admin@defendernote.co.uk. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the error.

I have an Item missing from my delivery?
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our admin team: admin@defendernote.co.uk, who will try to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.
